At Capital School, fees are understood as an investment in a high-quality educational experience shaped by academic ambition, pastoral care, strong facilities, and a school culture designed to help students flourish. A clear and transparent fees framework is therefore an important part of the relationship between the school and its families — allowing parents to plan responsibly and helping ensure that the school can continue to provide the standards of teaching, support, resources, and wider opportunities that students require.
Fees support far more than classroom tuition alone. They contribute to specialist teaching, curriculum delivery, student support services, campus operations, digital systems, pastoral provision, enrichment opportunities, and the wider infrastructure needed to sustain a secure and effective learning environment — including co-curricular activities, reporting systems, university guidance, and community events.
Families are therefore not simply paying for access to lessons; they are investing in an ecosystem of support, expectation, and opportunity. Specialist teachers, university preparation, enrichment, leadership development, and dedicated Sixth Form spaces are meaningful educational advantages — and they require deliberate investment.

Esaad Cardholder Discount
UAE government employees holding an Esaad card are eligible for a fee reduction on all year groups. Toggle the Esaad option in the calculator above to see your exact rate.

All fees are set and approved by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). School fees shown are Capital School’s discounted rate — below the KHDA approved ceiling.
Flexible Payment Options
Capital School offers a flexible fees payment framework to support families in planning their commitments.
Pay the full year in one payment and benefit from a 2% discount on the annual fee.
Split across three terms — generally considered the most feasible arrangement for many families.
A multi-instalment plan may be available subject to discussion and confirmation with the Accounts Office.

Sibling Discount
Families enrolling more than one child benefit from a sibling discount applied to the second child and onwards.

Sibling discounts are not applicable to the first child, or to FS1, FS2, and Year 1. The sibling discount on Year 2 is capped at 5%. Discounts apply to Capital School’s school fee, not the KHDA approved fee.

Secondary Scholarships
Secondary School scholarships may be available, subject to eligibility, academic assessment, and approval. Parents are encouraged to contact the Accounts Office directly for further details and to understand the application process.
